Scope of Requirements Sabre wanted to enhance customer service levels whilst reducing costs to its diverse international customer base. A particular desire was to encourage the use of its market leading ‘self service’ system to answer typical FAQ’s, leaving the 900 seat support centre free to focus upon complex technical support issues.
Solution Provided Tripudio established a uniform and single source network to collect all EMEA telephone enquiries, segmenting major accounts such as AMEX, BCA and Carlson Wagonlit. Advice and processing of Regulatory applications expedited the pan – continental implementation.
