Scope of Requirements Continued business expansion is driving up demand for customer services and sales fulfillment needs across Europe via telephone.
Solution Provided A new sales service / customer help desk required inbound call collection. A new local 0818 xxx telephone number was deployed in Eire (RoI) to collect calls and deliver them to the UK for agent fulfillment at their offshore/ outsourced call centre.
Financial Benefits A cost neutral solution whereby calls from overseas markets are now delivered into its call centre for free. i.e. no cost for the international call transport.
